I am honored to share a new critical essay written by researcher, photography historian, and curator Grzegorz Gorczynski as part of his research project “From Pictorialism to Post-Photography”.
The essay explores the contemporary relevance of alternative photographic processes—from Platinum-Palladium and Gold-Toned Van Dyke to Cyanotype and Gum Bichromate—analyzing my work between the sacred architecture of Cambodia, the landscapes of Sicily, and the philosophy of Yūgen.
